* Four (4) personal meetings, to go over event details, (i.e. design & décor, vendor duties, time-line of activities, vendor negotiations, etc.)
* Locate and book your venue(s)
* Design and arrange printing of your stationery
* Negotiate group room blocks for you and your guests, at conveniently located hotels
* Arrange transportation for you and your guests
* Create a detailed event schedule for vendors and event party
* Provide professional vendor referrals
* Assist with menu selection and catering negotiations
* Create a personal event checklist, accounting for every detail
* Provide a detailed budget
* Assist with negotiations and selection process of professional vendors
* Confirm contracts and timing of events with all vendors
* Co-ordinate your wedding/event rehearsal; and organize your party
* Co-ordinate the wedding ceremony and get you down the aisle on time
* Manage the timing of events with your family, wedding party and vendors

* Distribute a shortened version of the timing of events to your party
* Confirm contracts and timing of events with all vendors
* Oversee all vendor commitments and ensure they are fulfilled to your expectations
* Manage the timing of your events with family wedding party and guests
* Provide two (2) additional assistants
* See to the myriad details of the day so that you can relax and enjoy your event

(1.5 hours on your rehearsal day and 8.5 hours on your wedding day)

A Lovely Affair may be retained as your personal concierge at the rate of One Hundred Dollars ($100) per hour for services, which include but not limited to, travel arrangements, event ticketing, personal shopping, telephone calls, personal meetings, travel time to and from any and all appointments, et cetera. Time will be kept track of in 15 minute increments. Any additional costs incurred to execute your request, such as purchases made on your behalf, postage, etc. will be reimbursable to A Lovely Affair.

In addition, A Lovely Affair will keep accurate records of all time spent on phone calls and meetings made on your behalf. A statement of such record keeping will be sent to your attention at any time.
